WCSO Arrestes & Charges Riles With Arson

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested and charged Timothy Riles with arson on Monday October 13th 2008. The Wayne County Fire Department responded to a mobile home fire located on Donald Sellers Drive on Sunday evening. The fire department extinguished the fire. Fire Fighters observed some things at the fire that raised their suspicion and they in turn contacted Fire Investigator Mike Mozingo.
On Monday, Fire Investigator Mozingo, inspected the scene and talked to witnesses. Riles was charged with Arson and Judge Charles Britton Sr. set bond at $25,000.00. Fire Investigator Mozingo will present the case to the January 2009 Grand Jury.
