Harley Davidson Polk Charged With 2 Counts Of Grand Larceny

On March 26th 2012, The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested and charged Harley Davidson Polk with two counts of grand larceny. The arrest stems from a resident on Hess Station Road reporting a four wheeler stolen. Deputy Charles Everett responded and initiated the investigation. The victim spotted the stolen four wheeler on some property located in Clark County. Deputy Elton Davis of the Clark County Sheriff’s Department located the stolen four wheeler and contacted Investigators with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. Chief Investigator Mike Mozingo and Investigators Cynthia Terrell and Kevin Stevens traveled to the location in Clark County. During the investigation it was discovered that a dirt bike that was hidden in the woods was stolen from a residence on Sugar Hill Road.


Harley Davidson Polk was arrested and charged with two counts of grand larceny. Wayne County Justice Court Judge Charles Chapman set Polks’ bond at $10,000 per count. Polk faces charges in Clark County as well. Chief Investigator Mike Mozingo will present the case to the June 2012 Grand Jury.
