Charles D. Gardner of 815 Jordan Sumrall Road of Buckatunna was charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of crystal meth, driving with a suspended driving license, and possession of whiskey in a dry county. Gardner was arrested by WCSD Deputy Kevin McDonald.
