Felony Bad Check Indictments

Help us locate and arrest these individuals that are wanted for passing bad checks in Wayne County. This listing is updated after each Grand Jury.

The January 2006 Grand Jury handed down approximately 57 indictments for felony bad checks. Tracy West of the District Attorney's Worthless Check Unit presented the worthless checks to the Grand Jury. A Capias/Arrest warrant has been issued for the individuals listed below.

Persons that have been indicted for a bad check may avoid being arrested by paying the checks off at the Worthless Check Unit. Tracy West may be reached by calling 601-735-6255. Persons that are not capable of paying the checks off are urged to contact the Sheriff’s Department and arrangements for a bond setting will be made.
