Clara Kindergarten Visits WCSO

On Friday September 26th 2008, the kindergarten classes of Clara Elementary visited the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a field trip. Students met Sheriff Stein Farrior and had an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with the Sheriff. Students then took turns looking inside patrol vehicles and seeing first hand how some of the equipment operated. Chief Deputy Gerald Barnett, Investigator Mozingo, Deputy Jimmy Bunch, and Investigator Kevin Stevens were present during the demonstration.
