Drug Arrest At 84 Boat Ramp

On May 29th 2008, SMNTF Agent Johnny Smith arrested Stephen Timothy Albin, W/M; of Tuscola, Il, for possession of more that one ounce of marijuana. The arrest stems from Agent Smith conducting an investigative stop on a vehicle at the 84 boat ramp. Albin was in possession of approximately 3 ½ ounces of marijuana. Wayne County Justice Court Judge Charles Britton Sr. set Albin’s bond at $10,000.00.
