Jason Loyd Skerbinc of 8162 County Road in Demopolis, Ala., was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on charges of transfer of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute while in possession of a firearm.
