Stephanie Denise Brown of 9 Ruffees Hudson Road was arrested by WCSD deputy Cythnia Terrell and charged with no seat belt, suspended drivers license, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of meth, and possession of paraphernalia.
Lucretia Valine Brown of 164 Hudson Town Road was arrested by WCSD deputy Cynthia Terrell and charged with possession of an controlled substance, illegal possession of meth, and possession of paraphernalia.
