Jacob Riley of 239 Chicora River Road was charged with manufacturing of marijuana by WCSD deputy Cythnia Terrell.
Michael Douglas Manning of 68 Jeff Byrd Road of Laurel was charged by WCSD deputy Cythnia Terrell with three counts of possession of meth along with a probation violation.
