Jeramy Thomas Oubre of Mobile, Alabama was arrested by WCSD Deputy Kevin McDonald and charged with possession of paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, contempt of court and possession of an controlled substance.
Leigh Anne Craver of Mobile was arrested and charge with possession of a controlled substance by WCSD officer Kevin McDonald.
