John Edward Stevens of 74 Wesley Stevens Road was arrested by WCSD deputy Alfred Hill and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of stolen property, and receiving stolen property.
