Francis Vevlin Smith of 13 Dew Mill Road was arrested and charged with possession of crystal meth. WCSD Drug Investigator Macy Torrey was the arresting officer.
Brooklyn Dawn Brown of 44 Twin Oaks Drive was arrested by WCSD officer Cyhtina Terrell. Brown was charged with possession of paraphernalia, expired tag, possession of illegal drugs, and illegal possession.
