Anthony Gwen Carr of 110 Copeland Road, Buckatunna, was arrested and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Carr was also charged by WCSD Drug Investigator Kevin McDonald with careless driving, suspended driving license and contempt of Justice Court.
