Colby Austin -129 River Road Buckatunna- was charged with possession of a paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
Telsa Smith of 69 Dick Sumrall Road of Laurel was charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
WCSD Deputy Cliff Millican was the arresting officer in both cases.
