Stephanie D. Brown of 1269 Dogwood Drive was arrested by WCSD Narcotics Investigator Kevin McDonald. Brown was charged with careless driving, suspended driver's license, illegal possession on three counts. She was also charged with possession of paraphernalia and cocaine.
