Samuel D. Rachley of 1130-B Reservoir Road was arrested by WCSD Drug Investaigator Macy Torrey for possession of less than one ounce of marijuna.
Christie Lee McCarty of 1446 Highway 63 South was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance X2 by Deputy Torrey.
