Eric Totter of 115 Melon Street, Laurel, was arrested by WCSD Deputy Devion White. Trotter was charged with possession of cocaine, suspended drivers license, illegal possession of an controlled substance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and having no child restraint in vehicle.
