Jamie Stokley (2/6/1986) was of 545 Winchester Road was arrested by WCSD narcotics investigator Macy Torrey for possession of methamphetamines, no tag, suspended driver’s license, and possession of fireman.
David Cooley (6/27/1972) was arrested by WCSD deputy Preston Shedd. He was charged with possession of paraphernalia and DUI-Refusal. Bond was set at $3,000.
