Anthony Rankin (2/19/97) of 28 Lacy Rd. Buckatunna, MS was arrested at a traffic stop by Wayne County Sheriff Jody Ashley. He was charged with less than an ounce of marijuana, driving with no license. Rankin was booked into the Wayne County Jail.
