Tommy Jene Hutto, 61, of Reservoir Road in Waynesboro, was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. WCSD Narcotics Agents Macy Torrey and Johnny Smith arrived as Hutto’s residence inside Maynor Creek Park Tuesday afternoon to execute three arrest warrants obtained through various sell cases and investigations. Hutto faces charges of intent to sell methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm; possession of Hydrocodone; possession of Topentadol, two counts; enhancement of hydrocodone while in possession of a firearm; possession of less than one ounce of marijuana; and a misdemeanor charge of illegal possession of Xanax. Assisting with the arrest were deputies Jason Seeger, Wesley Waites and Cliff Milligan.
